2026/2027 Team Auditions: May 31st, 2026

The Artists in Motion Performance Company is our award-winning competitive team, made up of dedicated dancers from Mini and Petite ages through Seniors. Company dancers represent AIM at regional competitions and special performances throughout the season while continuing to grow as artists, teammates, and leaders within our studio community.
Our dancers compete in a wide range of styles, including acro, ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, musical theatre, and tap. AIM has a strong reputation for dynamic choreography and thoughtful storytelling.
Beyond the awards, our Performance Company is built on commitment, teamwork, and a love of performing. Dancers gain valuable stage experience, develop strong technique, and form friendships that last well beyond the studio.
Auditions
Auditions for the AIM Performance Company are typically held each May for the upcoming season. We welcome dancers who are ready to challenge themselves, grow their skills, and be part of a supportive and inspiring team. Please email for details.

Erin Umphrey
Co-owner of AIM and founder of the AIM Performance Company, Erin has built a program known for excellence in training and performance. Her choreography has earned numerous awards and top honors on competitive and professional stages.
Brianna Ryan
Director, Choreographer
Brianna Ryan
Returning as Company Director, Brianna brings years of competitive dance experience and a fresh vision to the AIM Performance Company. Her choreography is known for its creativity, power, and ability to connect with audiences.
Dalynn Stricker

Dalynn Stricker
Dalynn Stricker returns this season as our Artistic Director. As part of the team of choreographers, her work is known for its emotional storytelling, beautiful use of movement, and ability to connect with audiences.
Olivia Hart
Choreographer
Olivia Hart
Olivia joined our choreography team two seasons ago and is known for her musicality and creative approach to movement. As a former competitive dancer, she prepares her students to perform with confidence and purpose.
Kristina Grant
Choreographer
Kristina Grant
As AIM's Director of Ballet, Kristina choreographs ballet groups as well as select solos, duos, and trios. Her work highlights strong technique while blending classical ballet with creative artistry. Her choreography celebrates the beauty of ballet while challenging dancers to reach new levels of excellence.
Izabel Zajac

Izabel Zajac
Former AIM Performance Company member and instructor, Izabel returns as a choreographer for the 2026/2027 season. Currently dancing with the West Chester University Dance Team, she is excited to inspire the next generation of AIM dancers.
Bryanna Broadhead
Company Choreographer
Bryanna Broadhead
A current AIM Acro instructor, Bryanna brings years of award-winning competitive contemporary and lyrical choreography experience to the team. Her creativity and passion help dancers grow as confident performers.
Devynne Peppiatt

Devynne Peppiatt
This season marks Devynne's final choreography with AIM before continuing her studies and dance training in London. We will miss her imaginative, layered work and are grateful to have one more piece from her this season.
