Lyrical dance is a fusion of both ballet & jazzstyles. The dancer uses their body to express the lyrics of the music.Contemporary dance pulls from modern dance techniques as well asincorporating newer philosophies of movement. ​

Attire:​

Girls – Leotard, bra top, bootyshorts, half-ballet shoes. Hair must be in a ponytail. Boys- solid color t-shirt, blackjazz pants or shorts & half ballet shoes.

Must be enrolled in Ballet 1, 2, 3 or 4 in order to take Lyrical/Contemporary.

• Level 1 (8-11yrs)
• Level 2 (9-12yrs)
• Level 3 (11-14yrs)
• Level 4 (12yrs & Up)
