Sophianna Stricker

Sophianna Stricker is a proud Artists in Motion alumna, having danced at AIM for eight years, including four years as a member of the Performance Company. She continued her dance training while attending Bryn Mawr College as a member of the advanced contemporary dance team, /Shift/, where she also had the opportunity to choreograph.

During her time with /Shift/, Sophianna served on the Executive Board for two consecutive years and was a co-head of the annual Tri-College Consortium Dance Showcase, helping coordinate a collaborative performance featuring dancers from Bryn Mawr, Haverford, and Swarthmore Colleges.

Now completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology, Sophianna is excited to return to AIM and share the creativity, leadership, and connection that dance has brought to her own life with the next generation of dancers.
